As of 5pm today, the ratification vote has closed. We are pleased to announce that the membership voted to ratify the contract, with 86% voting yes!
The full text of the contract, and a summary of changes, can be found here. It does not officially go into effect until the Board of Trustees ratifies. However, we anticipate that the raise will show up in everyone’s September paycheck.
We would like to give a deep and sincere thank you to all those who helped us win this new contract. Every person who went on strike, showed up on the picket line, or attended bargaining sessions made a difference.
